Can I have my order picked up via Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.?
Yes, but we'll just have to make sure that the package is ready for pick up. You can message us @munchiescandies for your request.
How much is your shipping fee?
For GOGOXpress Deliveries: Shipping fee is based on the weight and size of your orders which is automatically computed by our website. This can be seen when you check out.
For Lalamove/Grab: Please message us at @munchiescandies so we can check the shipping fee to your area.
When will you ship my order?
For Non-Party Packs: Every Friday
For Party Packs: Please double check if the package arrival date selected is correct.
a. Shipping is via Lalamove/Grab - We will ship it on your package arrival date.
b. Shipping is via GogoXpress - We will ship it after 5 working days from payment date.
How long it will take for my order to arrive?
We want your candies to get to you as soon as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days for them to arrive for Metro Manila GogoXpress orders, and 6-14 business days for Provincial orders!
Returns for Damaged Goods
If your candies are less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Send a photo of your orders and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. We will check how we can accommodate the concern.
